Our Ribble Terrace Suite can accommodate up to 40 guests and features its own private outdoor roof terrace, which is the perfect alfresco area to enjoy pre-dinner drinks, while enjoying the spectacular view.​​​​

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & F.A.Q'S...

DINING TIMES
Ribble Terrace Suite party bookings on a Friday & Saturday evening must either arrive at 18:00 to Dine at 18:30.

MINIMUM NUMBERS & DINING OPTIONS
To book the Ribble Terrace Suite, we kindly require a minimum dining number of 15 guests, either dining on our A La Carte Menu (individually priced) or Afternoon Tea menu (£24.00 per person). We can seat a maximum of 40 guests.

ROOM HIRE DEPOSIT
Due to demand, to reserve the Ribble Terrace Suite we kindly ask you to pay a £100 deposit, this will be refunded on the day

A LA CARTE PRE-ORDER REQUIRED
If your choose to dine on our A La Carte menu, we kindly require a pre-order from you and your guests; no later than one two week prior to arrival. Please order from the menu attached above. Appetisers may be ordered additional to the above, if required. A pre-order is required to ensure all dishes are served at the same time and at the optimum temperature. A digital copy (email) is required and all guests choices must be on one copy.

DECORATIONS
If you would like to decorate the Ribble Terrace Suite, you may do so prior to arrival, providing we do not have a prior booking and you have alerted a member of the management team. We allow most decorations, along as there are no hard fixings (pins, staples, etc...) in the walls. You may bring a Birthday / Celebration cake.
